12-WEEK SALES MASTERCLASS TRAINING PROGRAM

This competency-based program is designed to educate, train and develop core competencies/skills in sales and management.

Training outcomes:

Education and training on applied management and sales principles towards more competent and productive managers.

Program structure:

  • 12 consecutive weeks - Weekly 30min training video with a PDF Handout as program notes (group based – all watch together or can be watched at own discretion). Schedule for a Monday.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – Daily focus to implement and practice learned competency
  • Weekly in-person group sessions including feedback & discussion (90min) on lessons learned and implemented. This is a coach-facilitated session.

Attendees complete a survey at the start, halfway through, and at the end of the program to review and give feedback on acquired management competencies.
